We showcase every item with product images in different perspectives, short video clips, and detailed descriptions. Hence, we urge our valued customers to read up our product descriptions before committing to a purchase.
The quality of each and every item is carefully checked, before packaging for delivery. On the rare occasion of receiving a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at mycrystalobsession@gmail.com with product photos, whereby we will address and rectify the issue accordingly.
Products are classified as having defects if they are received with damage incurred during shipment or due to a manufacturing fault.
