Where are My Crystal Obsession Orders Shipped From?
All orders are shipped out from Singapore. 

Can I Combine Discounts?
As much as we would love to, we simply cannot afford to allow combined discounts, sorry! Limit 1 discount per order, so please do choose wisely.

Do Discounts Apply to Sale Items?
Every discount mechanics and promo code is different, so please read all the promotion terms and conditions before grabbing the deal.

There is a Sale Running Now, But I Made a Purchase a Few Days Before the Sale. Can I Still Get a Discount on My Old Order?
Unfortunately, we do not apply discounts to past orders outside the prevailing promotion period, however, you can still use the promo period to get a great deal on another item!

Do I Need to Pay Tax for My Purchases?
For orders from Singapore, nope! 
No Goods & Services Tax imposed on all purchases. What you save on tax will allow you to bring more great pieces home!
For international orders, customs fees, VAT and taxation policies vary widely between countries, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office should you have any questions about these fees. Recipients are responsible for any customs fees, VAT or taxes (if any) imposed by Customs Dept in your country. These are not included in your shipping charges.

Do you Require a Home Address for Delivery?
Our local logistics partners can deliver to either home or work addresses, except for P.O. Box addresses. If you are using a work address, please include any necessary details for delivery personnel to find your location easily, e.g. company name. 
Our international logistics partners, DHL and FEDEX cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Shipments are delivered to the receiver's address given by us with a recipient name.

How Long Will I Receive My Order?
Upon successful checkout of your order, we will pack and arrange for dispatch within 3 business days. You can expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Can I Rush My Order?  
For orders from Singapore, the normal processing time for dispatch is within 3 business days.  
If you require a next-day expedited delivery arrangement, we will be happy to assist.  Please select the ‘Expedited Delivery’ option with a surcharge of S$15 during your order checkout process. 
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, for international orders, do expect possible delivery delays occurred due to a significant increase in the daily volume of packages shipped globally, apart from postal service suspensions in some regions of the world.

Can I Request Gift Wrapping for My Orders? 
All our jewellery pieces come in an exquisite gift box at no additional charge and making them perfect gifts for all occasions!
Depending on the collections, gift boxes could differ.

Can I Request Personalized Gift Notes?
Sure! Simply leave us a message during checkout, but please check your invoice after placing the order to make sure your note to us has been submitted successfully. Alternatively, just email your request to us at mycrystalobsession@gmail.com  
There is no gift note by default unless specified in the message box during checkout or notified us by email before shipment.

Why Didn’t I Receive my Order Confirmation Email?
If you do not receive your order confirmation email after an hour, please contact us at mycrystalobsession@gmail.com  stating your order details. We will do a backend check and re-send a confirmation email to you, if necessary. 

How Do I Know if my Order has been Sent Out?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification. Please ensure the contact email that you have entered during the checkout process is correct.

Can I Make Changes or Cancel my Order?
Unfortunately, once the checkout process is complete and your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any amendments to your order. Please read our store policies, shipping information and item descriptions before placing an order.

Are your Products Authentic?
YES! Our curated collection of crystals, jade, pearls and precious stones are authentic.
Our products are acquired through direct and ethical sources, where the majority of our products come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
My Crystal Obsession ("M.C.O.") is committed to providing a full refund to you. if any of our products are proven not genuine.

Will your Jewellery be Tarnished or Rust?
Unfortunately, any sort of silver/gold plating will eventually tarnish over time.

It is important to make sure you look after them properly:
Avoid wearing your jewellery in chlorinated pools.
Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place. Either in small ziplock bags or a jewellery box with soft lining. This will minimise scratches and exposure to other elements.
If your jewellery contains any natural gems take extra care to avoid any harsh cleaning products on the stones. Only use a mild detergent or soap and water. Avoid using polishing cloths directly on the gems.
When wearing your jewellery, take care to minimize exposure to any make-up, hairspray, perfumes and lotions. Especially sunscreen and products with chemicals.
Don’t wear your jewellery when sleeping, exercising, showering or intense physical activity. Even the PH levels in your sweat can cause a reaction with your jewellery, and you will also reduce the chance of accidental breakage.

Why do my Items Look Different from the Images on the website? 

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, the true colours of the actual product received may vary due to photographic lighting sources or different device screen settings. 

Likewise, our pieces employ natural stones from Mother Nature and/or authentic pearls being organic, every single piece of jewellery will have slight variations in terms of shape, colour hue, tone and saturation, lustre, blemishes, indentations, markings, size, inclusions, etc.  Buyers are encouraged to embrace the idea of the "perfectly imperfect", which is in itself a reflection of nature, and the world around us!
