COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY for All Singapore Orders

Delivery is on us for all local orders!

Your order will be packed and delivered within 3-5 business days, either by Singapore Post, Ninja Van, Janio, or Qxpress.
My Crystal Obsession ("M.C.O.") reserves the right to determine the most appropriate logistics partner, based on your order value and/or package weight and size.

Once the order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking reference. Orders placed over the weekends and on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If you require a next-day expedited delivery arrangement, we will be happy to assist.  Please select the 'Expedited Delivery' option with a surcharge of S$15 during your order checkout process.

In the event of failed delivery attempts by our logistics partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address given during the checkout process, and the order is being returned to us, a redelivery fee of S$5 will be imposed. This charge covers the cost of resending the original order to an updated address.

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by M.C.O., nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
